Walking Papers

 

I had fun creating this acrylic painting on canvas.  The underpainting is an abstract painting in its own right that I decided needed to transition into something more.  I am pleased with how it turned out-- had I seen it somewhere for sale by another artist, I would have given it a home  :)  It has been sold in support of the Food Bank and the Free Pantry in our community.  Thanks for taking a look!

Blue Spruce

 

Always learning as I go  :)  I was rummaging around in my studio and found this ink drawing I did years ago.  Attached to panel with spray adhesive (will have to rethink that one) and layered on the encaustic and some acrylic paint-- this gives me ideas for later.  A bit of alcohol ink and I love the color against the blue-- will revisit this color combination for sure.  Hoping this one sells to replenish some art supplies.  Thanks for stopping by!

Just finished and sold this pseudo commission. (I started it and Holly wanted to buy if from first sight.) Forbidden Fruit and Other Tails. It is a very large piece for me and I am particularly pleased with the wolf. All proceeds will be donated to Medical Mercy in support of the Ukraine. Thank you for looking :)
