Mom Flower I, II, III

I just finished these little watercolor paintings in time for Mother's Day.  They are ACEO size and I am hoping to sell them in support of the Calgary Food Bank.  Thanks for dropping by  :)

Looking For Me?

My mother saw the elephant that I did and decided she would like a zebra.  I have almost 6 hours into this one, but am happy with how it turned out.  This will be her Mother's Day present.  Gesso and a few drops of acrylic on my own gelli plate print paper.  Thanks for your support  :)

How Does Your Garden Grow?

Just finished this little piece  :)  Started off as part of a watercolor lesson with Este MacLeod.  Then I needed to "finish" it, so cropped and mounted it and applied antique wax.  I like how it turned out looking like wood  :)  I hope to sell it in support of the Food Bank.  Thanks for taking a look!

Little Stinker

This little fellow originally started as an acrylic only piece, but I didn't like where it was going.  Now it is gesso, acrylic and vintage paper (from an old copy of Little Women) on canvas.  I like that it has an iconographic feel to it.  It is being sold in support of Calgary Seniors' Resource Society.  Thanks for dropping by  :)

Boxer Magic

This piece was inspired by a picture of a friend's dog.  Gesso and a few drops of acrylic on my gelli plate print paper.  It has already found a home.  Thanks for sharing my journey  :)

Why I Otter...

A friend has been watching my posts of artwork I have been selling, and asked several times why I don't do an otter.  This one is for her birthday next month  :)  Thanks for taking a look!
