Time for some Halloween fun! This paperclay piece is mounted on a silver-plated candle dish and can either be hung or lie flat. I am hoping she will soon find a home in support of one of these charities-- SEVA or Medical Mercy.
Medical Mercy is a local charity which provides support to people in developing countries. I have just made a large donation of artwork to this wonderful charity, as a fundraiser for their fall gala. I am happy to support their efforts in the future as well. People who purchase my artwork can tell me which charity they prefer to support, and the proceeds will be designated as instructed. Thank you so much for dropping by :)

Crows to My Heart (I)
A little play on words for this paperclay and handmade wooden heart ornie :) I was sending wishes to a dear friend I hold close, whose mother is battling cancer, as I was making this piece. Hoping it finds a home in support of SEVA! Thanks for stopping by :)
Self Infammatory
I really love the texture in this piece :) Many layers of acrylic paint built up over a gel and crackle medium base, then finished with alcohol ink It is looking for a home in support of the charity SEVA :)

Winging It-- Watching, Guiding, Seeking
These are acrylic paintings done with string on board which has been plastered to give it some great texture. Painting with string keeps the figures very gestural. They were commissioned by a friend to symbolize her 3 wonderful grandchildren. They will restore the eyesight of 2 girls/women through SEVA. Always happy to have you taking a look-- thanks :)
It's a Spring Thing
I have been having a lot of fun painting faces on these collaged wooden hearts made by Lisa Scherer. I am pleased with how this has turned out. I have added a copper hanging wire and brass embellishments to finish it off. She has already been sold in support of SEVA :) Thanks for taking a peek!
Angel Hug
This little angel drawing was inspired by the Face Project of Lindy Macefield. It was done while listening (on repeat) to Calum Graham's "Farewell". I often write haiku poems to go with drawings to capture where my world is at--
Some days you never
know what will slip out among
gently falling tears...
She has already found a new home in support of SEVA, but a digital download of her is available in my etsy shop. Thanks :)

Blue Me Away
This is an ink drawing on vellum which has been hand sewn to a piece of text weight paper that I have hand marbled using acrylic paint. A little piece of sea glass from Hawaii (via a friend of mine) ties it all together. It is looking for its forever home in support of SEVA, a charity that restores eyesight to people in developing countries. Thanks for stopping by!

I am quite happy with how she has turned out. This is an acrylic painting on a wooden ornie which will be sold in support of SEVA. Thanks for looking :)

Roly Poly Snowman
It took me awhile, but I have finally finished this little paperclay sweetie-- who knew he would need 7 coats of paint to give him an icy look... He is available to purchase in support of SEVA :)
Now, All I Need is Wings
This little angel has just been purchased by another sweet angel in support of SEVA. It is an acrylic painting done using string on a board that I have plastered and painted. Thanks for your visit :)
